Hugo Calderano was sponsored by XIOM from 2019 – 2025 and was using Xiom Hugo Hal for his blade
On January 1, 2026, JOOLA teased fans about a new big star coming to the brand. The next day, JOOLA announced that Calderano had signed with the brand.
At the ITTF-Americas Cup 2026, Calderano was seen using JOOLA Xylo 7 .
At the Singapore Smash 2026, he was recently seen using Hugo Calderano ARY-C, which is one of his JOOLA signature blades.
Calderano’s blades from JOOLA are scheduled to be released in the public market on July 21, 2026.

Hugo Calderano was using a blade with green handle at the latest Singapore Smash 206. I tried to look for JOOLA blades with green handle in the JOOLA website but I couldn’t find one similar to what I saw he used in the event. I believe its only temporary blade since I think at this point, JOOLA still creating Hugo’s JOOLA signature blade.
Yes. It’s a pretty new one. I think Hugo still experimenting with JOOLA blades. He used JOOLA Xylo 7 a month ago at the Americas Cup 2026.
