After his brother Tomokazu Harimoto, Miwa Harimoto also switching to Super ALC, citing better stability and control as reasons for the switch.

I thought Super ALC blades were supposed to be faster than regular ALCs, with a trade-off in control?

gamboto,

Great question. I think she meant controlling the shots in terms of direction, as in placing them with better precision. This is different from the common definition of control, which refers more to the 'feeling' when you hit the ball.

You can make a distinction between the two.
