They seemed to have high profile players teaching table tennis masterclass in their academy like Waldner and Liam Pitchford.

Table Tennis Daily Academy is very expensive for an average Filipino. Currently priced at around 1000 pesos per month.
There are definitely benefits of enrolling in online course vs watching short and scattered  in that there is cohesiveness and structure but I do think Filipinos will just be fine watching tutorials in Youtube, Facebook or Instagram for free.
