Is Alfred Dela Pena Filipino? He looks entirely Filipino and has a Spanish sounding surname. He is currently World #103 in ITTF World Ranking. He currently represents New Zealand's national table tennis team.

He should be Filipino. His Instagram profile says NZPH - New Zealand Philippines. It would be great if he plays against Jan Nayre.
