I was watching the semi-finals between Sun Yingsha and Kuai Man at WTT Finals Hongkong. During the 6th set, Sun Yingsha withdrew from an apparent foot injury. She was trailing 2-3 before the accident happened.

On a live match, yes. She had injuries which caused her to withdraw, but that was prior to the tournament
