Is WTT the same as ITTF? They have different Facebook and Instagram account.Â
What are their roles in table tennis events?

WTT is an organization created by ITTF that will serve as commercial vehicle to catapult table tennis to being a more commercialized sports and reach global audience.
From the ITTF website,
"WTT is the ITTF’s new commercial vehicle to drive table tennis forward in the modern era, with innovations to all facets of the global table tennis product."
