Malaysia also beat Vietnam in the last SEA GAMES (2023) team event. I don't see any Vietnamese in top 3 in the men's singles and team event in this this SEA GAMES. He win last SEA GAMES, he will win again this year.

I actually think John Russel Misal will have better chance than the Vietnamese in beating Izaack Quek based on last years Olympic qualifier where Misal almost beat him.
