Who's currently the top 10 table tennis players in the Philippines?

It seems like the rankings are done internally (private) .
The PTTF held a qualification tournament for the RP Team I believe last year(2023) in Puerto Princesa for SEA Games. It was a ranking to fill the vacancies of the National team. For example in men, only the top 2 of that qualifying tournament where added(Edoard Valenet and Eljey Tormis) to the existing pool of national players (Jann Nayre, John Russel Misal, and Richard Gonzales)
So total 5 players for men in 2023 Cambodia SEA Games. I no longer know if they had rankings for those 5 players.

No. There is no official top 10 table tennis players in the Philippines.
