Butterfly rubbers are very expensive. 
What are some of the best rubbers on the market that share similar properties and are equally competitive to Dignics 09C?

Yasaka Rakza 9.
It is a very spinny rubber like Dignics 09C. Only cost $40

Nittaku Fastarc G1 would be a good alternative to Dignics 09C or any very spin-oriented rubbers.
