If you are looking for the "Best" , the answer is always is it depends. "Best" is relative for everyone.
If you are looking for "Popular", the answer is Tenergy 05 rubbers from Butterfly.
Part of it, I believe, is that Zhang Jike used Tenergy 05 rubbers on the Viscaria model he used during the 2011 World Championship and the 2012 Olympics.

Yeah. Definitely looking for a speedy set-up. I'm even considering using the Super Viscaria. I saw Adriana Diaz used it with Dan from table tennis daily.
