I always thought he designed he's style of play. After all, if you have an odd style of playing, opponents will have difficulty playing against you. I just learned Noshad Alamiyan has a disability. For those who don't know, he is a left-handed Iranian table tennis player who uses his backhand most of the time. He uses forehand a few times when he had no choice and forced to return the ball. He has a neurological disorder which causes him not to feel the bat on the forehand side.

It's impressive for a player even with limited abilities to be able to compete at a high level. The man is an inspiration.

Noshad Alamiyad has beaten some of the highest rank table tennis players. Here he beat currently #2 Liang Jingkun
