The WTT Grand Smash is the biggest and most important among the WTT events. China Smash will start tomorrow, September 26, 2024, and end on October 6, 2024. Winners of the event will earn the most points, which will boost their international rankings. This is the 3rd WTT Grand Smash; Singapore and Saudi Arabia were 1st and 2nd respectively.

   NO. But we have neighbors in the South East Asian region who will play in the tournament.
   In the Men's Singles Event, Izaac Quek and Pang Koen of Singapore will play.
   In the Women's Single Event, Zeng Jian (Singapore), Suthasini Sawettabut (Thailand), Orawan Paranang (Thailand), Jinnipa Sawettabut (Thailand) will play.

Why is Izaac Quek in the qualifying draw and not in the main draw already?
Quek has fallen quite a lot in the recent rankings. He is currently ranked #77. His highest ranking was #55.Â
