The Gold Medal match for the Women's Singles will be tonight at 8:30 PM Philippine time. It’s a much-awaited rematch between Chen Meng and Sun Yingsha from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. At that time, Chen Meng was the world's number one and won the gold medal. This time around, Sun Yingsha is the world's number one.

Will Sun Yingsha get her revenge, or will Chen Meng become a back-to-back Olympic champion.

Prior to this, the Bronze Medal match will take place at 7:30 PM between Hina Hayata and Shin Yubin

Felix Lebrun delivered a dominant win over Hugo Calderano in the Bronze Medal match of the Men's Singles at the Olympics. With the Bronze medal, Lebrun ended France's 32 years old drought for an Olympic medal in Men's Singles Event. Last time France had an Olympic medal in table tennis was in 1992 when Jean-Philippe Gatien won a silver medal.

Felix Lebrun is only 17 years old.

What a feat!
