What a great Olympic run for Team Sweden.

Sweden (Ranked #7) beats Japan (Ranked #4) . A super thriller in the deciding match between Tomokazu Harimoto and Anton Kahlberg. Kahlberg was down 0-2 and took over in the 3rd - 5th games to win 3-2.

This is the first time Swedish table tennis team reached finals in Men's Team Event at the Olympics.

So very well desverd by Källberg, he is one of the best players in the german league but he has struggled a bit in the national team.

It looked like we where going to send Matthias Falck and Truls Möregårdh in the singles tournament, but since Källberg managed to be ranked nr 1 in Sweden in May 4th and this was the date chosen by the leaders to settle who to send to Olympics Kjällberg was qulified first. And then all of sudden Truls wasn't safe..!

Källberg än Harimoto are both table tennis families, Antons sister Stina Källberg plays in the Swedish national team. Just like Miwa Harimoto plays for Japan.

And as a side note Japans national coach - Daisuke Ishida - has been playing for my club, just like Anton Källbergs uncle and Swedish current team lead and former national player Jon Persson.
