That is not an impossible. Right now, 3 out of 8 players in the quarterfinals are still Indians - Snehit Suravajjula, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, and Manush Sha.Â
Only Sathiyan Gnanasekaran is left and thru to the quarterfinals. Snehit Suravajjula and Manush Shah both lost in the Round 16.

Sathiyan Gnanasekaran lost to Lubomir Jancarik in the quarterinals, unfortunately.
The semi-finals are set for WTT Star Contender Chennai 2026. Here are the matches and schedule.
MEN'S SINGLES:
Lubomir Jancarik vs Park Ganghyeon - 1 PM
Thibault Poret vs Flavien Coton - 5:30 PM
WOMEN'S SINGLES:

Note: The time show is in Chennai, India. Add 2 hours and 30 minutes to covert to Philippines time.
Oh Junsung, the #1 seed of WTT Star Contender Chennai 2026, withdrew from his game against Thibault Poret after obtaining injury from his previous mixed doubles match.
It would have been interesting match between Oh Junsung and Thibault Poret.
