Richard Gonzales is the greatest Filipino table tennis player of all time. You could also argue that he is the greatest South East Asian table tennis player of all time having played in SEA Games in a span of 20 years and winning 10 medals – the most playing years and number of medals by any South East Asian table tennis player.
Gao Ning? But he is native Singaporean. But if we disregard his birthplace, I think he is ahead of Richard Gonzales. Gao Ning was undefeated at South East Asian games.
