Table tennis center in SM Seaside Cebu is located at the Bowling Center.
When you pass through the entrance of the Bowling Center, the tables are placed in the far left.
There are 3 tables and when I went there on a Sunday afternoon , all the tables were fully booked. There were even people waiting on the side for their reservations.
The rate per table is 300 pesos per hour and the center will already provide you with a pair of rackets and 1 pingpong ball. If you have your own rackets and balls, you can rent the table for 250 per hour.
