What table tennis shoes are you guys wearing?
I've stopped using table tennis brand of shoes long time ago. The last time I used one was on 2016.

For the past several years, I've been using non-table-tennis mainstream shoes. The one I am using right now is a Nike running shoes which cost more than a lot than the average table tennis brand.

The challenges we Filipinos faced is that 95% of floors we played on are non-rubberized. Its either tiles or shiny cement flooring that's why use wet rugs to increase friction because most of these table tennis brands won't "grip" on these types of floor.

Are there any good one these days?
Same sentiment. Most of the table tennis court na naluraan ko are madulas and most of these table tennis shoes won't work. I use Adidas running shoes.
I use handball shoes when playing on rubberized floors and running shoes on shiny cement floors. So I guess I've come to the same conclusion as you. Table tennis shoes doesn't work well on shiny cement floors, the floors are to hard and has to little friction.
@inyagan Most table tennis court in the Philippines are on cement floors, unfortunately. I think we are only the country that use and place wet rags under the tables and step on it from time to time so we could have our shoes get a little bit of friction on the floor. Majority of the table tennis tournaments in the Philippines are held on malls which have tiles floors.

Nice suggestion on handball shoes. First time hearing it personally. Does handball shoes have pros over running or table tennis shoes in playing rubberized floors? I Feel like using running shoes over rubberized floors is too much friction.
