I just found this video on Facebook and I’m happy to see the current Mayor of Taguig, Lani Cayetano, promoting table tennis. This is definitely a big positive for the Philippine table tennis community. She mentioned that they have programs in Taguig for the table tennis community — I’m curious to see what she has in place.
Sports are a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of politics. I’m glad to see more national and local politicians promoting sports. Senator Pia Cayetano is also promoting padel tennis and has been making a big impact in that community.
