The robot can respond quickly and can measure ball speed and spin rotations via cameras.

Butterfly and other table tennis companies are already looking at this by now for sure. lol
Looking at the matches, it seems it does do everything well except for power shots. Ball just go outside the table.
Funny though, the robot returns a topspin with a backspin at close proximity. lol
